Subversive, dystopian, ominous. We overconsume clothing, leather, denim, when so much already exists. I experimented with these forgotten clothes. The piece is made from 8 used pairs of jeans. I transformed the typical denim staples: unusual waist bands, “front” and “back” pockets in new places, a handbag with a belt loop. Denim is not going away, it is the material of the past, present and future.
